Our little deities

Modernity is inflicted with freedom; what are we free to do in this particular moment? Well the list is endless; we can buy a car, a home, visit a place and do everything that morality lets us do and considering the twisted human mind immorality also plays a big part in defining our freedom where we find quite immense pleasure in crossing the lines. But the path of Yog sets a different standard to our actions; we are only as much free as our Dharma lets us to be free in a moment; so one is only free to light a lamp when it’s the time for lighting the lamp in a home. This is the essence of real Islam, Judaism, Christianity or Hinduism combined; this in fact is the true essence and meaning of surrender to the higher will.

Birth Certificate, admissions, roll numbers, attendance, certificates, grades, education, subjects, facts, figures, degree, aadhar, pin code, licenses, traffic rules, fines, taxes the list is very long and these are the jargons that makes us a citizen in our present society if humanity is a condition on which a conscience is imposed on. We live not natural to a higher call; but artificial where we are subjugated with sense and thoughts control and are simply led astray. This is a system which had replaced the earlier religious doctrines of man; his pristine figures of reverence has been completely replaced by his sense of conscience of self-idolatry; for where once gods sat man has taken that position by every sense now because there are systems to check the rights of men but not of gods. In a nation which burns Manu Smriti and accepts the western approach to see human conscience as its ultimate and where truth is human and not universal where do we stand?
Practically we see ourselves in larger than life situations; in grandiose of a King, a demi God or even the almighty and that's freedom, modernity and this yuga.
